Mr. Westbrooks has received 14 advanced certificates in myriad areas of analog and digital telecommunication provisioning, testing and maintenance from SBC’s Advanced Education Center in Las Colinas, Dallas, Texas. Williams Westbrooks, although a United States citizen has lived and worked in Nigeria, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. He is very familiar with the requirements of the most local markets around the world and their unique political atmosphere. Willaims Westbrooks has been very instrumental in engineering and implementing wire line, wireless and paging systems worth over one hundred and fifteen million US dollars ($150,000,000.00), for three African based Independent telecommunications providers. Mr. Westbrooks has recently secured an exclusive agreement with Zion Telecom Nigeria Limited, to provide limited administration, technical support and total telecommunications system integration to position Zion Telecom as a viable competitor in the currently Nigeria’s deregulated telecom industry.

How do we help our clients in their web site development?
•¨ The client indicates a need for the web site or if we discover a need for a web site for the client, we will consult with the client to discuss the need. At the consultation, the basic need scope will be defined and described to include implementation timeline and start of service date.

QUALITY CONTROL
IDS ventures rate quality control to be one of the main objectives when implementing any project. When a project is initiated, a QCG is formed for that project. The quality control group for the project includes the project coordinator, a service technician and two or more related branch technicians as determined by the size of the project. At every phase of the project, the QCG will document and file a quality report of the project and how well the project is meeting its start of service deadline. Since IDS ventures perform 100% of its telecommunications installation, integration and training with in-house staff, we do not implement a quality control for subcontractors. If the need arises such that IDS ventures would resort to the subcontractor services, then a quality control policy will be implemented as needed.
